You make your product choice on our page of the model you are looking for, make the payment and it will be sent the next business day after your purchase as long as it is before 5:00 p.m. Purchases made after this time will be considered for shipping on the 3rd business day. A business day is understood to be Monday to Friday. Subject to product availability, shipping may take up to 8 business days.
- Warranty Policies
All our products have a 3-month legal guarantee, from the moment they reach your hands. If there is a manufacturing defect, and not due to improper use, you send us the product and we will gladly inspect it in the workshop with our experts. It is a requirement for warranty validity to present the corresponding receipt, voucher or online proof of payment. Purchases of products on clearance or promotion do not have the right to exchange. Paola Camacho does not refund money. Shipments are made through Starken.
- Change policies
– If the product did not meet your expectations, we offer you 15 business days to make the exchange / We do NOT refund money. – Change only seasonally. – The product to be exchanged must be unused, and in perfect condition. Changes will only be authorized once the perfect condition of the product to be returned is confirmed. If you are from another region, you must contact paolacamacho@gail.com , indicate your name, date of purchase and change you wish to make to coordinate receipt of the product. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the client. (if there is a price difference, you must make a money transfer, remember that the exchange must be for the value of the product you purchased or greater, there is no refund) – Changes are only made with a receipt, voucher or transfer receipt.
